Legal Withdrawal Period
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into Belgian law via the Code of Economic Law (Book VI, Article VI.47), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
After this 14-day period, no return requests will be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must:
- Be in its original, unopened packaging
- Never have been used (product intact, sealed)
- Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number)
- Be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
Please note: Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service at contact.dermaris@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, specifying your order number
- Our team will validate your request and send you instructions within 24 business hours
- Carefully pack the product and ship it at your expense to the address provided
- Upon receipt of the package (within 3 to 5 business days), we will process your refund
Refund
The refund is made using the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
Defective Products
If you have received a product that is defective or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. In this case, DERMARIS will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or full refund without delay.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), all products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery.
