Use of data

Your data is used exclusively to process your orders, manage after-sales service, send you your confirmations and, with your consent, our commercial communications.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the sales contract, your explicit consent for the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in improving our services.

DERMARIS never sells your data. It may be shared with our logistics partners, our payment provider, and Shopify (our e-commerce platform).

Retention

Your data is stored for the duration of the commercial relationship and applicable legal obligations (maximum 3 years after the last purchase, 7 years for accounting data in accordance with Belgian law).
