Terms and Conditions of Sale — DERMARIS

1. Seller Identification
The DERMARIS store operates as an e-commerce platform offering premium skincare and beauty products, based in Belgium. For any questions: contact.dermaris@gmail.com
2. Products and Availability
The products offered are those featured in the DERMARIS store's catalog at the time of the user's consultation. Each product is presented with a description and its price in euros, including all taxes. DERMARIS reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (Belgian VAT included). DERMARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Order
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, then proceeds to payment by providing the necessary information for delivery and payment. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. DERMARIS does not store any banking data.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery is free for all orders over €49. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment. Delivery times are generally 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into Belgian law via the Economic Law Code (Book VI), the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. 8. Legal Guarantees
DERMARIS undertakes to refund or replace any defective product or product not conforming to the description. The legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with the Belgian Economic Law Code (Book VI, articles VI.83 et seq.).
9. Mediation
In case of a dispute, the consumer can resort free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be). An amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, Belgian courts will have jurisdiction.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is used solely for its processing, in accordance with the GDPR. Consult our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
